Please make sure you have removed any antivirus, anti-cheat, or firewall software. Exception: You can keep Windows Defender, but please remember to completely disable it.
Now, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Reinstall the required software:
- DirectX:
FOUN
- Visual C++:
FOUN
- Reinstall the loader and restart your PC.
2. Check if your drivers are up to date. If not, update them.
Additionally, try the following actions:
- Launch the game with the '-autoconfig' launch option.
- Verify the integrity of game files.
- Try to inject the product with a VPN or proxy.
- Try to reinstall Steam.
- Completely clear your '%temp%' folder and restart your PC.
If the previous solutions worked, then please close this ticket.
If the previous solutions did not work, please provide the following information:
- A file from the %temp% folder named: 'nl_csgo.log'
- A file from the %temp% folder named: 'nl.log'
- A Control Panel list screenshot (Open Control Panel, click on 'View by', select 'Category' (As shown here:
), after that click on 'Uninstall a program' (as shown here:
) and take a screenshot from there.)
- Your winver: Windows Key + R, Type 'winver', Press enter and show us this window
